Park 25 Shirts
Your child should have brought home a very generous gift made by and paid for by our Park Parent Club. These t-shirts were gifts to be worn whenever they would like. We may have special days that we request them to be worn, so be on the lookout for that.
Camp Pendalouan Update
A few reminders to help as you and your child prepare for camp:
*Check the weather report for Muskegon as you begin packing for camp, pack accordingly
*Arrive at school at 8:30am on Wed, May 2 at the Hughes Park turn around with your luggage and meds
*Medications should be labeled and put into a ziploc bag with your child’s name and put into your child’s teacher’s box. Meds should not be packed in luggage.
*On Friday, we plan to arrive back at school between 1:30 - 1:45. Please plan to have your child picked up at that time.

Middle School
On May 21st, your child will head over to their middle school for a tour and to experience middle school lunch. More info about the visit will be coming home in a few weeks.
What’s happening in…
Reading: Students are reading to learn about the different events that led up to the war.
Writing: Students are writing an informational text on some of the events that led up to the Revolutionary War.
Math: Students are working through unit 7; expressions, order of operations, line plots, and plotting points on a plane.
SS: Students are continuing to learn more about the road to the Revolutionary War and the events of the war.
