Fifth Grade Christmas Service Project
Thank you very much for the donations for residents at the Laurels.  We filled approximately 40 gift bags, created some beautiful cards, and colored some festive pictures.  We’ll present them after the students sing to the residents on Monday, December 19th.

Safety Duty
Thank you to all of you who are making that extra effort to get our 5th graders here early (8:30) or picked up late (4:00) to cover our safety duty.  We have needed to add 2 new posts this year, so we now need to cover 8 posts per day, times 5, makes us need 40 slots to be filled.  Mrs. Willmore and Mrs. Higgs’ classes have had a harder time covering these posts so we have decided to combine their classes to cover January, March and May.  Mr. Bolhuis’  class will be covering February, April and June.  Hopefully this will help us in getting all posts covered without kids having too many days.  Please let us know if you have any questions!

Camp Pendalouan Can Drive
Our final can drive for camp will take place right after Christmas break- Tuesday, Jan 3rd to Monday, Jan 9th. The reason for this timeframe is hopefully we can return people’s holiday cans.  Volunteer opportunities went home day if you can help return cans.
